But think about how integral the topic is to human livelihood, and the opportunities we have to grow transportation choices that are better for our cities. Think about the role that design plays in the quality of a light-rail station or bicycle-friendly community as a whole. On a lighter note, consider the many ways we experience cities and landscapes while moving from here to there. In short, we chose this topic for two reasons: It’s an important subject for public dialogue, and it offers countless possibilities for compelling visuals. What’s your favorite way to get around, and why? How can buildings and public spaces support healthier transportation choices? And why should we care? Show us what you think in a 30- to 120-second video. Celebrate, critique, parody, satirize, document, or dramatize—just make sure it’s creative and gets people thinking.
